Each pillow is printed on both sides (same image) and includes a concealed zipper and removable insert (if selected) for easy cleaning.

In the DVD 'Healing the Luminous Body: The Way of the Shaman' produced by Sharon Stone, Dr. Alberto Villoldo states that being in nature helps to expand one's luminous body. On the other hand, being in an urban environment constricts the luminous body. I can't think of anyone who doesn't feel more calm and relaxed when they out in nature, whether it is at the ocean, in a forest or at a desert.
